Return & Refund Policy

At Elite Garments Factory, Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund under the following terms.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging, where possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Reasons for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The size is not suitable.

  • The product has a quality issue or manufacturing defect.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The design, color, or product does not meet your expectations.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

After your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will collect the parcel from your address and return it to our warehouse.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Return Shipping Charges

If the mistake is on our side

If you receive:

  • A wrong item,

  • A defective product,

  • A damaged product, or

  • Any error caused by Elite Garments Factory,

we will:

  • Arrange the reverse pickup.

  • Refund or reimburse 100% of the return shipping (postage) charges, where applicable.

  • Provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and eligibility.

If the return is requested by the customer

If the return is due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selected,

  • Change of mind,

  • Design or color preference,

the customer will be responsible for applicable delivery charges and any government taxes or payment processing deductions incurred during the original transaction.

Any non-recoverable deductions (including applicable government taxes and payment processing fees) will be deducted from the refundable amount. The remaining eligible balance will be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Used or worn products.

  • Washed or altered items.

  • Products without original tags.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.
